🔄 Returns

• We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products

• Digital products or gift cards

• Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vitalithlabs.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP.
